So, I figured I would try something vegetarian every now and then, to dip my foot in another culinary pool, so to speak. I'm not sure what to think about tofu so far.

    I LOVE THAT! No, really, I do. I've been toying with the idea of trying a vegetarian meal in our home once a week or so, just to see how it goes over.

    But I can't get over the tofu hump just yet...
